That's how tight I could get the chain, anymore and I would've done damage to the bearings in the hub and the Bottom bracket, the chain will not come off it's a 3/32 chain. but yea it does hang low.

http://maps.google.com/maps?um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=navy+school+fairfax+va&fb=1&gl=us&hq=navy+school&hnear=0x89b64e96394b91cd:0x72 just go dowh Falkirk 100 yds and turn left on the path it takes you to the first creek, you can cross or jump the creek when its not being torn down or just stay right follow the path about .5 miles and keep your eyes open for a hill to the right of the path with a log that has dirt on it and a clearing to the left where one of the 3 creek jumps was. if you ride around on the other side of the creek you will find a few small features at well.
